School of Rugby 

Can all school of rugby students please come and collect timetable at morning interval from the PE base on Tuesday 24th September. 

 

CHOIR  

Choir is on Tuesday lunchtime at 1:30pm in room A7! New pupils welcome! 

 

West Lothian Cross Country 

Can the following students all meet with Mrs Brown in the Sports Hall at morning interval on Wednesday 25th of September.  Attendance is compulsory.

STONEWALL GROUP: Do you want to be a part of a group that meets to talk about inclusion, acceptance and spreading kindness? Then come along to the Stonewall Group on Tuesdays at lunch in A21 (Miss LeBlanc's room). We discuss LGBTQ+ issues and more. You do not need to identify as LGBTQ+ to come along, we welcome and encourage all allies to come along as well! If you would like any more info about the group then please feel free to speak to Miss LeBlanc! 

 

 

West Lothian Foodbank 

  

We've nearly managed to fill our donation point already! Well done everyone! Our focus items for this week are: 

  

- Mugs Shots 

- Savoury Biscuits (crackers/oatcakes) 

- Tinned Tomatoes  

The collection point for donations is in the foyer next to the main entrance! 

S1 Pupils 

S1-3 Girls Rugby team starting after the October week, Thursdays after school. Meeting/drop in session for those interested in finding out more Wednesday 25th September at the new break out area in Science with Miss Histead (biology). 

 

Any S1-S3 Girls interested in entering the WL Handball Finals on Wednesday 25th September please come & see Miss Livingstone in PE, or sign up outside the PE base 

 

S2 Pupils 

S1-3 Girls Rugby team starting after the October week, Thursdays after school. Meeting/drop in session for those interested in finding out more Wednesday 25th September at the new break out area in Science with Miss Histead (biology). 

 

Any S1-S3 Girls interested in entering the WL Handball Finals on Wednesday 25th September please come & see Miss Livingstone in PE, or sign up outside the PE base 

 

 

The PE department will be hosting an Active Girls Day for all S2 girls in October. Keep an eye out for more information coming soon...!

A work placement with Digby Brown, the law firm, in Edinburgh has become available. Applicants would be required to be the first generation in their immediate family to attend university (siblings do not count). Anyone interested should see Mr Forrester for more details.

SENIOR HELPERS - CREATIVE INDUSTRY DAY 

A reminder to please come to C8 Art on Monday at 1.40pm to get your timetable for helping with the Creative Industry day. 

 

Any senior pupils interested in attending the handball or basketball finals please put your name on the sign-up sheet outside the PE base. For further details please speak to Mr Collins.

S6 Pupils 

Can all students please return their completed Employability form to Mr Lawrie in A14 ASAP. Our next employability session is on developing your online profile. It will run on Monday 30th September at 10.00am. Venue to follow.
