Please return all library books you have on loan before the end of term.

Eco Schools:

Would you like to get involved as a leader or helper for 2018/19? If so, have a chat with Mr Begarnie for more details.

One of the topics for Eco schools is “litter”. Just last week a local resident handed in a pizza box (with a pupil’s name on it) which had been dropped just a few feet from a street bin. The resident acknowledged that the majority of pupils do care about the impact of litter on the town centre and littering is often down to just a few individuals.

Linlithgow has made it to the national Burgh Beautiful finals and judges will in the town during the summer holidays.  On Thursday 9th August there will be a number of activities at The Cross to do with the competition so do feel free to support this event.  Please then, encourage friends who do litter to stop (peer pressure does work!) and that way, we will leave our town centre looking beautiful both now and for the rest of the summer.

Can any student who is having lunch on the playing fields please ensure they are placing all rubbish in the bins around the school.  A number of juice bottles and other items have been left after lunch on a regular basis.  This is a teaching area so please tidy up after yourselves.

If you have ordered a Young Scot Card, please check with the office to see if it has arrived as there a several which have not yet been collected.
